Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of zarenella.com (the "Website") and any purchase of products from WERONIKA CALIK ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all contents of these Terms, you must not use the Website or place any order.

The Website we operate is a direct-to-consumer online retail store of our brand. All products displayed on the Website are sold directly by us. This Website is not a third-party marketplace, does not host third-party sellers, and does not act as an agent or intermediary for any other merchant. After you place an order, you will directly establish a legally binding product sales contract relationship with WERONIKA CALIK.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity to enter into a binding contract before you can use the Website and place orders. You need to ensure that all information submitted during checkout, including your name, email address, billing address and shipping address, is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries or related losses caused by incorrect or missing information you provide.

We have taken reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, display images and marked prices. However, due to differences in device display settings, shooting lighting conditions or production process tolerances, minor non-substantial deviations may exist between the actual product and the display content, and such deviations do not constitute product quality defects. All product prices will be clearly displayed before checkout. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, correct page marking errors, limit purchase quantities or discontinue products at any time. If there is a marking error in the price or product information on the page, we have the right to cancel the corresponding affected order and fully refund the amount you have paid.

Placing an order only represents that you are making a purchase offer. A binding sales contract between both parties is officially formed only after the payment is successfully authorized and we send you the official order confirmation notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to scenarios where the product is out of stock, the payment is declined by the payment provider, the shipping address cannot be verified, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the order involves fraud, policy abuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All payment processes are processed by legally qualified third-party payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. If the payment provider initiates a transaction reversal, dispute judgment or risk flag, we have the right to suspend the order fulfillment process or directly cancel the corresponding order.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization. The estimated delivery time published on the Website is for reference only and does not constitute a definite commitment. We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by logistics carrier operation adjustments, customs inspections, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

After the order is confirmed as delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout, the risk of loss of the products and related responsibilities will be fully transferred to you. This agreement will not affect the statutory consumer rights granted to you by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other related fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise clearly stated on the Website, all such fees shall be borne by you.

The rules for product returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms will limit your statutory consumer rights you are entitled to under the framework of applicable laws.

If you encounter any problem during the order or payment process, we strongly recommend that you contact us at [Company Contact Email] for communication before initiating a bank transaction dispute or chargeback. The vast majority of problems can be resolved more efficiently through direct communication.

All content on the Website, including texts, images, trademarks, graphic elements and page layouts, is owned by WERONIKA CALIK or has been legally licensed by the corresponding right holders. Without our prior written written consent, you may not copy, repost, distribute or use any content on the Website for commercial purposes.

If we have reasonable grounds to determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or created security or legal risks for the site, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website. The termination of your account or access rights will not affect the legitimate rights and obligations that have arisen between both parties before the termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total cumulative liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for that order. This liability limitation agreement does not apply to scenarios of statutory liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full legal force.

We will update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Your continued use of the Website after the Terms are updated will be deemed that you recognize and accept the revised Terms for subsequent transactions.

The formation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
